Department of Construction unveiled 35 projects with 14.992 units included apartments, Villas, townhouses that are allowed to sell or rent in 2016.

The value of mobilization contract (rate 70%) of these projects is about VND 27,540 billion. Besides, according to the list, the price for units are around VND 16-50 million/m2, town-houses: VND 15-163 million/m2, villas: VND 60 million/m2.

Firstly, Phu My Hung company owns 5 projects in district 7. Two out of five projects include 277 units. Value of loan contract is VND 1,3 billion (rate 70%).

Novaland owns 2 projects in district 4. One is located at Ben Van Don with 312 units, another one is the apartment at Nguyen Khoai street with 464 units. The price of these 2 projects are around VND 26-38 million/m2

In the list, Vinhome Central Park with Apartments B2.1, B2.2, B2.3 by Tan Lien Phat joint stock company which are located at ward 22, Binh Thanh District is the biggest project with 1,706 units, the value of loan contract is VND 4,420 billion. Apartments B5.1-3, B5.1-5 with 838 units are also appeared in the list.

Social house, block M of Northern Rach Ba Buom project, Phu Thuan ward, district 7 by Sacomreal is also appeared in the list. The project has 1,030 units, VND 14,7 million/m2. The value of contract is VND 625 billion.

In the list, there is also a project at Nguyen Hong Street, ward 1, Go Vap district with 65 units at floor 31A – 31B – 31C – 31/1 by Samland.

Son Kim real estate JSC has 233 units of block A and 206 units of block B at Thao Dien ward, district 2 in the list.

Hung Thinh company has 2 projects. The first one is located at Tan Binh District with 495 units; the value of loan contract is VND2.4 billion, VND 34 million/m2 for 1 unit. The second one is located at Tan Phu district included 741 units.

A famous real estate company in Ho Chi Minh city – National Housing Organization (N.H.O) is in the list with Block 1 and 2 of the project in district 9 – Sky 9. The project includes 884 units, the value of loan contract is VND 744 million.

Sky 9 to get sale permit by D.O.C

HOF and Hoang Quan real estate company are allowed to sell 718 units of Block C, D, E, F- Social house project – Ho Hoc Lam street, An Lac ward, Tan Binh district. The value of mobilization contract is VND 276 billion and VND 14-20 million/m2 for 1 unit.

Binh Chanh investment – construction joint stock company (BCI) with An Lac project is in the list also. The value of the mobilization contract is VND 441 million. The price for 1 unit is VND 23 million/m2.

In town-house segment, there are 3 projects that are allowed to sell. The first one is located at Phuoc Long B, district 9 by Thuan Thanh Real Estate company with 15 town-houses, VND 27 million/m2. The second one is located at Binh Tri Dong B, Binh Tan District by Hai Thanh company with 53 town-houses, VND 15 million/m2. The last one is located at Thao Dien ward, district 9 by TDS company, with 29 town-houses, VND 163 million/m2.

In villas segment, there is just 1 project – Cityland – in Go Vap district in the list. The project has 111 villas. The value of mobilization contract is VND 307 million. The price for 1 villa is VND 60 million/m2.

On April 27, 2016, National Housing Organization Joint Stock Company (N.H.O) and Thien But Real Estate Limited Company has held Ground Breaking Ceremony for the project which located in the Western Hau River – Diamond City. The project covers 3 wards that are My Long, My Phuoc, My Quy.
